Fine of €26,000 handed down against the company SAS SAFRAN ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Pursuant to Articles L.441-16 a) and L. 470-2 V of the French Commercial Code, a fine of €26,000 has been imposed on SAS SAFRAN ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS by the Regional Directorate for the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity (DREETS) for the Centre-Val de Loire region. The fine was imposed for late payment of supplier invoices. The fine was imposed by the DREETS as part of an investigation launched by the DGCCRF into compliance with the rules of the French Commercial Code on payment terms.
