Fine of €260,000 handed down against the OFFICE PUBLIC DE L’HABITAT DU NORD-PARTENORD HABITAT

Pursuant to Articles L. 2192-15 of the French Public Procurement Code and L. 470-2 of the French Commercial Code, a fine of €260,000 has been imposed by the Hauts-de-France Regional Directorate for the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity (DREETS) on OFFICE PUBLIC DE L’HABITAT DU NORD – PARTENORD HABITAT for late payment of its suppliers’ invoices. These delays were noted by the DREETS services as part of an investigation launched by the DGCCRF into compliance with the rules of the public procurement code regarding payment times.
