Fine of €44,000 handed down against the company BOONE COMENOR METALINPEX

Pursuant to Articles L. 441-16 a) and L. 470-2 of the French Commercial Code, the Hauts-de-France Regional Directorate for the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity (DREETS) imposed a fine of €44,000 on BOONE COMENOR METALIMPEX for late payment of its suppliers’ invoices. These delays were observed by the DREETS departments as part of an investigation launched by the DGCCRF into compliance with the rules of the French Commercial Code on payment terms
